Article 1: Nature of the Service
Ritsumeikan OIC Map (the "Service") is an unofficial campus map for finding classrooms and facilities at Ritsumeikan University's Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC). The Service is developed and operated by an individual, and is not provided, endorsed, or approved by Ritsumeikan University or any related organization.
Article 2: Conditions of Use
The Service is available free of charge. The following actions are prohibited.
- Excessive access through automated tools, scraping, crawlers, or similar methods
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of Service content
- Actions that interfere with operation of the Service or with other users' use of the Service
- Actions that violate laws, public order and morals, or university and facility rules
Article 3: Accuracy of Information
Classroom and facility information shown in the Service is prepared from public materials and independently organized data, but accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. For the latest information about facility use, classes, campus access, cancellations, make-up classes, construction, events, and related matters, check official university information and notices posted on site.
Article 4: Changes or Suspension of the Service
The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The operator is not responsible for any damage incurred by users as a result.
Article 5: Disclaimer
The operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Service or inability to use the Service. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for important decisions or movement.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
Rights related to the Service design, code, and editor data belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. Rights to materials, logos, names, map information, and other content published by the university belong to their respective rights holders.
Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For disputes related to the Service, the Kyoto District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
